* Please complete the form and send either electronically or by post ensuring we receive it 6 weeks prior to the start of the hire period or immediately if it is termed as a late booking. Upon receipt of the form we will ensure we are happy with the information supplied and that we can meet your requests. We will then send you an invoice for the outstanding balance, this will be actioned electronically unless you tell us you would prefer it by post.
