How to Book
Booking one of our campervans is easy. You can book either online via our website or contact us by phone/email and we will talk you through the process.
If you book online the calendar will only allow you to book Saturday to Saturday. However we appreciate that you may wish to book a short break or a long weekend. In these circumstances, please check on the calendar to confirm the campervan(s) availability and then please contact us separately by phone or submit a query and we will try to meet your requirements.
STEP ONE - CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY
Call or email us with your preferred campervan and hire period. We will confirm availability.
STEP TWO - BOOKING FORM
Once confirmed please complete a Booking Form and submit. This is required for insurance purposes and to ensure we tailor your hire according to your requirements. The form is located under the Booking Tab. Once completed you can submit it online or print off and post. Once we have received the completed form we will invoice you with a summary of your booking, total cost for hire and deposit required to confirm the booking.
STEP THREE – DEPOSIT
You will receive a paypal invoice requesting you to pay the deposit. This can be paid by paypal or by cheque. You hire will be reserved once the deposit has been received. Please note if your booking is within 6 weeks of the start of the hire period you will be asked to pay the total hire charge.
STEP FOUR – OUTSTANDING BALANCE
You will receive a second paypal invoice for the outstanding balance. The balance is due 6 weeks before the hire period commences or immediately if the start of the hire period is less than 6 weeks. Payment can be made online by paypal, bank transfer (I will provide bank details over the phone) or by cheque.
STEP FOUR – COLLECTION
On collection campervans will only be released on the production of the following:
*Driving licence – card and paper for all drivers listed on the confirmed booking form.
*Original Utility Bill for main driver no more than 3 months old.
*Military ID Card if applicable.
*£500 security excess deposit in the form of cheque (this will not be cashed). This will be held by us in order to cover the cost of any damage or loss to the campervan and and its contents during the hire period. Upon safe return of the campervan the cheque will be returned.
Please be aware we are required to take photocopies of all documentation which we will return to you at the end of the hire period if required.
COST
What is included in the price?
Included within the hire charge is the campervan, full comprehensive insurance for unlimited drivers, unlimited mileage, AA Breakdown cover, a free standing awning which attaches to the van, camping gas, all kitchen utensils (let us know how many you want to cater for so space is maximised!), outdoor table and stools, cycle rack.
What is not included?
Please note that bedding is not provided. You are required to bring your own pillows, sheets, duvets or sleeping bags.
Extra Costs
Our aim is to include all you need within the hire price. The only additional costs that you may incur are for pets, EU cover and if any of the drivers incur additional insurance costs. Charges for these will be calculated once we have received your completed booking form.
