WEDDING HIRE – HIRE A STONEHENGE CAMPERVAN FOR YOUR WEDDING

Are you looking for a wedding car that offers, fun, style and something a little different?  We can offer stunning, new (2011) VW T2 Campervans that will make heads turn and everyone smile!  The reliability of a modern VW Campervan will ensure you arrive at the church on time, with plenty of room for the ‘dress’ and other important members of the bridal party.

We are a small family business with a desire to provide a special and unique service to brides and grooms throughout Wiltshire and our neighboring counties.  We therefore offer 3 packages to suit individual requirements, but if you are looking for something different, then please contact us and we will try to oblige and work out a bespoke package for you.

There are two categories for wedding hire.

 SELF DRIVE WEDDING CAMPERVAN HIRE

Option 1.

Simply hire a Campervan as you would for a normal hire. Collect from 1400 on Friday and return by 1100 on the Sunday.  This allows you to provide a driver of your choice (normal hiring terms and conditions apply) and the freedom to use the Campervan as you desire throughout the hire period.

The cost will be normal minimum hire rates of £160 – £200 depending on high or low season.

Option 2.  Hire a Campervan for six hours and again provide a driver of your choice. Collection and return times are flexible.  This option includes ribbons, silk flowers and a hamper for the bride and groom with a bottle of sparkling wine, 2 glasses and a luxury box of chocolates.  Normal hiring terms and conditions apply.

The cost for this option is £220. If the Campervan is required for more than 6 hours, each additional hour will be charged at £25.

CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN WEDDING CAMPERVAN HIRE

Option 3.  Hire a Campervan for four hours with a chauffeur.  Timings are flexible and the hire window starts from the time the Campervan arrives at your first location and finishes when it departs your last location.  This option includes; ribbons, silk flowers and a hamper for the bride and groom with a bottle of sparkling wine, 2 glasses and a luxury box of chocolates.  All journeys made within a 30 mile radius of Winterbourne Stoke and a professional and smartly dressed chauffeur.

The cost for this option is £295.

If the Campervan and chauffeur are required for more than 4 hours, each additional hour will be charged at a rate of £30.

If any of your journey requirements extend past the 30 mile radius of our postcode, each additional mile will be charged at a rate of £1.50.

MAKE AN IMPACT AND HIRE 2 OR 3 CAMPERVANS.

We have three campervans for hire (see meet the vans), Oscar and Tinks can transport 4 plus a driver, Alice can transport 3 plus a driver.  If you would like to hire 2 or 3 campervans for the groom / bridesmaids and other family members we will offer a discount.   The discount will be calculated on an individual basis, so please let us help you make this special day, extraordinary.
